Question 1

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

7–10 days from drop-off to pickup for most jobs.

Question 2

Where do I drop off?

Accepted Answer

Our main shop is at 7785 Lindsey Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. You can also drop off and pick up at 10295 Quail St, Westminster, CO 80021. We work by appointment, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, so text us to set a time.

Question 3

Can you match my factory (OEM) color?

Accepted Answer

We can match most OEM colors. Send us the color name or paint code and a photo, and we’ll find the closest powder.

Question 4

Do you fix curb rash?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Light curb rash repair is free with every wheel job. Deep gouges, cracks, and welding are quoted after we see the wheel.

Question 5

Do I need to take my tires off?

Accepted Answer

No. We can remove, remount, and balance your tires with new valve stems for $35 per tire. Or bring bare wheels if you prefer.

Question 6

Is sandblasting and stripping included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every job is sandblasted and chemically stripped to bare metal before coating, at no extra charge.

Question 7

Do I need a clear coat?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want one, or if your color requires it. Clear costs extra and is never added unless you pick it. Illusion colors, Super Chrome Plus, and some other colors need a clear by the maker’s rules, and the builder adds it for you. Most other chromes and metallics work without one, but we recommend a clear to keep the shine. Wrinkle and high-heat powders can’t take a clear. Without a clear, your color keeps the shine it’s made with.

Question 8

Can you take my part apart and put it back together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We come from a mechanical background and can take apart and rebuild just about anything. E-bikes are $150 to take apart and $150 to put back together, brake calipers are $75–$110 each, engine covers $50 each to remove and reinstall, and furniture $25 a piece. Parts like seals, gaskets, and hardware are charged as needed, and we tell you before replacing anything.

Question 9

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We take a 50% deposit to book every job, and the rest is due when you pick up. We accept cash, Venmo (@Devon-Stedry), or Zelle to 720-968-6116.

Question 10

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel before we start coating. We refund your deposit minus the cost of anything already ordered for your job and a 15% restocking fee. If nothing was ordered, you get it all back.

Question 11

How long do I have to pick up?

Accepted Answer

30 days free after we tell you your parts are ready. After that it's $25 per week for storage. Parts left 90 days may be treated as abandoned. See our shop terms.

Question 12

Can you rush my job?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. Rush jobs are case by case, depending on what’s already in the oven. Check “I need it rushed” when you send your project, or text us, and we’ll tell you if we can and what it adds.

Question 13

Do you coat things other than wheels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If it’s metal and fits our oven, we can coat it: calipers, frames, bumpers, skid plates, lift kits, furniture, gates, engine parts, and more. See recent jobs on our Instagram and Facebook.

Question 14

Is there a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our coating is covered for 2 years against peeling, flaking, and chipping caused by our prep or workmanship.
